Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Slovenia: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
EU Customers All prices displayed include applicable VAT for EU customers. As a Slovenia-based business, we comply with EU consumer protection regulations, including your right to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pawlio.shop and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
